Return & Exchange Policy
At GEMS & JEWELS by Sim, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. Please review our policy carefully:
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item you received is damaged.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- If we have the same item available in stock, we will arrange for an exchange. If not, we will issue a refund.
- Return shipping is covered by us only if the error was from our end (such as wrong item or damaged product).
- Sale items and custom pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
