Grand Mondial: Fix Deposit, KYC, Mobile and Login Problems

You assume a deposit shows up the moment your bank confirms it, but the casino balance stays unchanged and the money feels lost. The usual cause is that the payment is still pending between your bank and the casino’s payment processor.

Deposit sent but not showing on your balance

You see the money leave your bank account, yet the casino balance does not move. The cause is often a delay in the payment chain.

• The payment is still pending at your bank or the payment provider.
• You used a different account or card than the one registered on Grand Mondial.
• The deposit was sent with a payment method that does not match the casino’s accepted options.
• A bonus code was entered and the deposit is waiting for bonus activation.
• The casino’s payment system is experiencing a temporary hold.

1. Open your online banking and confirm the exact status of the payment. Pending is different from completed.
2. Take a screenshot or save the payment confirmation. It will help if you need to contact support.
3. Return to the casino and refresh your balance after a short wait. Do not make a second deposit yet.
4. Check that the payment method you used is listed as accepted on Grand Mondial. Some methods are not supported for deposits.
5. If you entered a bonus code, look for a separate bonus balance. The money may be there instead of your main balance.
6. Make sure the name on the payment account matches the name on your casino account. Mismatched names cause holds.
7. Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. An old page can show a stale balance.
8. Log out and log back in to force a fresh balance update. This often reveals a deposit that has already arrived.
9. If the bank shows the payment as complete and your balance is still unchanged, gather your payment reference.
10. Send the reference to customer support and describe what you see. They can trace the deposit on their side.

Contact support once your bank shows the payment as completed and your casino balance still does not include it after you have logged back in.

Identity verification stuck or documents rejected

You upload your ID and proof of address, but the status stays pending or the documents are marked as rejected. The cause is usually a mismatch or unclear image.

• The document photo is blurry, cropped or has a glare over important details.
• The name or address on the document does not match your Grand Mondial account details.
• The document has expired or is not a accepted type.
• You sent a screenshot instead of a photo of the original document.
• The verification team needs an additional document that you have not provided.

1. Open your account profile and find the verification section. Note exactly which document is requested.
2. Take a new photo of the document in bright, even light. Place it on a flat surface.
3. Make sure all four corners and every text field are visible. Do not crop the image.
4. Check that the name and address on the document match what you entered on Grand Mondial. Update your profile if needed.
5. Use the original document, not a photocopy or a screenshot.
6. Upload the file in the format the casino accepts, such as JPG or PDF. Large files may fail to upload.
7. If a document was rejected, read the rejection reason in your account. It usually names the problem.
8. Submit a new photo that fixes the specific issue. Do not resend the same rejected image.
9. If you changed your address, provide a recent proof of address that shows the new address.
10. Wait for the review to complete before uploading more documents. Duplicate uploads can slow the process.
11. If the status does not change or you cannot see a reason for rejection, contact support with your account username.

Contact support when your documents meet the stated requirements but the verification status remains unchanged or you cannot understand the rejection reason.

Site or games fail to load on a phone browser

You open the casino on your phone browser, but the page freezes, images are missing or games do not start. The cause is often a browser or connection issue.

• Your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection is weak or unstable.
• Your browser is outdated or has too many cached files.
• Game providers are blocked by your network or a browser extension.
• You have too many tabs or apps open, and the phone is low on memory.
• The game requires a browser feature that your current browser does not support.

1. Reload the page once. A single refresh can fix a temporary loading error.
2. Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi, or the other way around, to test the connection.
3. Clear your browser cache and cookies. Old data can break the page layout.
4. Update your browser to the latest version available for your phone.
5. Close unused tabs and apps to free memory.
6. Disable browser extensions that block scripts or ads. They can stop games from loading.
7. Try a different browser on the same phone. This shows whether the problem is browser-specific.
8. If a game still fails, try another game from the same provider. If all fail, the issue is likely the connection.
9. Turn your phone off and on again to reset the network connection.
10. If nothing works, contact support and name the game and the browser you use.

Contact support when the site loads on another device but not on your phone, or when every game fails after you have tried a different browser and network.

Login fails or the account locks after wrong attempts

You enter your username and password, but the login is refused or the account is locked after several tries. The cause is often a password mismatch or a security lock.

• You are typing the wrong username or password, sometimes due to autofill.
• You forgot the password or changed it recently.
• The account was locked after repeated failed login attempts.
• Your browser is using an old saved password.
• Your account is under a security review.

1. Type your username and password manually. Clear any autofilled fields first.
2. Check that Caps Lock is off and that your keyboard language is correct.
3. Use the password recovery option if you are unsure of your password. It sends a reset link to your registered email.
4. Open the reset link on the same device where you request it. Links can expire.
5. If your account is locked, wait before trying again. More attempts can extend the lock.
6. Do not create a second account. Duplicate accounts can cause further blocks.
7. Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try the login again.
8. Try logging in from a different browser or a private window. This removes saved password issues.
9. If you still cannot log in, contact support. The team at grandmondial.gr.com can check the status of your account and help you regain access.
10. Have your registered email and username ready when you contact support. Do not send your password.

Contact support when the password reset does not arrive, when the account remains locked after waiting, or when you suspect someone else tried to access your account.

Quick Reference

The table below lists each problem with its usual cause and the first check to perform.

Each first check is meant to confirm or rule out the most common cause. For a missing deposit, the bank status tells you whether the payment has left your bank at all. For KYC, the name comparison shows whether the document will be accepted. For mobile loading, switching networks separates a connection problem from a browser problem. For login, manual typing removes autofill as a cause. For a locked account, waiting prevents the lock from being extended. If the first check does not resolve the issue, follow the steps in the matching section above.

Keep your account details, payment confirmations and document photos consistent across every transaction and upload; that single habit prevents most of these problems.
